Kendall VanHee here:) just got done with the Topolino shootout! I was up against 21 of the best girls in the Rocky and Central division for J3's and the race was held on my home hill, Vail, Colorado. First day of GS I came in second by .17 seconds so I wasn't far off. Next day was slalom and that was a fun day! First run I put it down and won it by .44 seconds.
My overall time was 88.50 and the next girl in second had a 91.39. Also I would have received third place in the men's. I won the Topo trials and I am super excited to be in Italy in early March (or late February). This weekend was very fun and I am awaiting my visit to Europe:) Ciao!
