The trees are dusted with white, and the first sounds of Ski & Snowboard Club Vail's brand new snow guns can be heard at Golden Peak in Vail. Before you know it, SSCV's Golden Peak Training Center will be in full swing with all snow guns a-blowin' and preseason training on our home hill.
So what does this mean? Many things! Make sure to mark your calendars because SSCV's 40th Annual Ski & Snowboard Swap is slated for Halloween Weekend - October 30 & 31. You'll be able to get fully geared up for the 2009-2010 season whether stocking up on socks, gloves and hats or outfitting the whole family head-to-toe with skis, boot, poles and more.
